   1. The information Atheridge Tuition collects from Clients (Student, Parent or both) comprises details provided through Client Registration Forms, including but not limited to: full name, email address, telephone number, address, academic level and academic background.

The information Atheridge Tuition collects from Tutors comprises details provided through Tutor Registration forms, including but not limited to: full name, email address, telephone number, address, subjects and levels taught, teaching experience, academic background, personal biography (if tutor wishes) - please note that this information forms the tutor profile.

   1. Deliver high-quality services to clients and tutors

3. Disclosing Information to Third Party​

   1. We only share Client / Tutor information as follows:

      1. The Client fills out the Client Registration Form

      2. Atheridge Tuition shares the Client’s broad requirements with relevant Tutors

      3. Atheridge Tuition shares profiles of the Tutors who show interest in the role with the Client

      4. The Client chooses the tutor they’d like to proceed with

      5. Atheridge Tuition shares specific student details with the chosen Tutor, and contact details of / to both the Client and Tutor

   2. We may use your information to market our own products and services to you, usually by email. You can inform us at any time if you would prefer not to receive our marketing communications, through our website contact page. Personal information is kept confidential and is not passed onto any 3rd parties unless required to do so by law.

4. Additional Privacy Terms

   1. Atheridge Tuition takes every precaution to ensure Client and Tutor information is kept safe and protected from unauthorised access.

   2. The information will only be held for a commercially reasonable period of time for the purposes stated above.

   3. A copy of all personal information held can be requested at no cost.
